My return policies are easy. If you’re not satisfied with the product, reach out and I’ll do what I can within reason to make it right. I truly value the satisfaction of my customers and clients and as a solo small business, I appreciate when I get valuable feedback. 

1. FREE 30-DAY RETURNS on all unopened, unused “Tarot Crow” handmade products. 
2. FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGES on all “Tarot Crow” handmade products, even if you’ve tested it out. 
3. FREE ONE YEAR TAROT EXCHANGE PROGRAM. Even if the deck is open and worked with. 

RETURNS 
You can return any “Tarot Crow”-branded handmade item or Tarot Deck within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, please contact me using the form below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES 
Handmade Items: You can exchange any Tarot Crow-branded handmade item within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value, or a combination of items up to the value. This is especially easy at in-person events, which you can find here.

Tarot Decks: All Tarot decks purchased at my shop come with a 365 day exchange policy. This gives you time to work with the deck and see how it resonates in your life. As a practitioner, I know it can take some time to establish a relationship with a deck. You can exchange the deck for any deck in my catalog of equal or lesser value. Or for a higher value deck if you cover the difference in purchase price. This exchange policy is valid even if your deck has been opened, so long as it is in reasonable condition in the original box and contains every card and the original booklet.

Any decks exchanged will be rewilded, used for “Card of the Day” community practice, or upcycled into art.

I stand firmly behind everything I make and the catalog of decks that I carry. I believe in the importance of being an ethical, customer-centric small business. If we have to participate in capitalism, at least we can do so with integrity, honesty and generosity.
