Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is the first of the three harvest festivals on the Wheel of the Year, celebrating the grain harvest and the abundance of the Earth. Traditionally held around August 1st, it honors the Celtic god Lugh and marks a time of gratitude, community, and the beginning of the waning summer.
